We are growing again!!! Come, join a great team and grow with us. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Cleaning / Building Services Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the commercial cleaning or property management industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, property management related industries.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
