Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cleaning Person to join our team! As a Cleaner, you will attend to our facility with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests, ensuring they will want to return again and again. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various cleaning activities, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Sanitize gym equipment
- Monitor, clean, and disinfect bathrooms
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
- Empty trash receptacles
- Strictly adhere to and enforce safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a janitor, housekeeper, or cleaner preferred, but not necessary. Great attitude is.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
- Must be able to download the ADP app
Compensation: $36,000.00 per year
